1. Purpose of the Service

SolveStack.ai (the “Platform”) acts as a bridge between AI startups seeking visibility and organizations searching for effective AI-powered solutions.

By joining the Platform, startups may showcase their products, services, and AI Use Cases within a curated ecosystem intended to facilitate business partnerships, improve market visibility, and accelerate enterprise adoption of innovative technologies.

Participation in the Platform is non-exclusive. Startups remain free to independently pursue partnerships, clients, and commercial opportunities outside of SolveStack.ai.

2. Account Registration and Use

Team Access

Currently, each startup account is limited to a single user profile. We therefore recommend registering with an email address accessible to your team and monitored regularly for communication purposes.

Accuracy of Information

You are responsible for ensuring that all submitted information regarding your startup, services, technologies, and Use Cases is accurate, current, complete, and not misleading.

Representation and Visibility

The quality, completeness, and professionalism of your submitted content may influence how your startup is perceived by enterprise clients and other users of the Platform.

Ongoing Responsibility

You agree to promptly notify SolveStack.ai if:

  • your startup ceases operations,
  • a listed product or service is materially modified or discontinued,
  • ownership or contact information changes significantly,
  • or previously submitted information becomes inaccurate.

3. Commercial Terms & Referral Framework

Introductions and Matchmaking

SolveStack.ai may facilitate introductions between startups and potential enterprise clients based on submitted Use Cases, platform activity, or direct business development efforts.

For the purposes of these Terms, an “Introduction” includes:

  • direct introductions via email, platform communication, or meetings,
  • enterprise leads shared by SolveStack.ai, facilitated discovery calls,
  • or any commercial opportunity originating substantially through SolveStack.ai’s network, platform, or matchmaking efforts.

Commercial Agreements

Where a business relationship develops as a result of an Introduction, the parties may enter into a referral agreement, partnership agreement, commission agreement, or case-specific commercial arrangement.

Commission Structure

Applicable commissions or referral fees may vary depending on:

  • the level of involvement from SolveStack.ai,
  • advisory or partnership support provided,
  • complexity of the engagement,
  • or pre-existing referral arrangements.

Existing Referral Programs

Where applicable, SolveStack.ai may cooperate within referral or partnership programs already established by the startup.

Referral Protection Period

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, commission obligations related to an Introduction facilitated by SolveStack.ai shall remain applicable for commercial engagements initiated within twelve (12) months from the date of the original Introduction.

4. Communication & Responsiveness

Availability

Startups are expected to remain reasonably responsive to communications relating to:

  • partnership opportunities,
  • verification requests,
  • enterprise introductions,
  • and ongoing collaboration activities.

Consistent responsiveness is considered an important part of maintaining a high-quality ecosystem for all participants.

Promotional Cooperation

Upon reasonable request, startups agree to provide logos, visuals, descriptions, screenshots, or other promotional materials necessary for SolveStack.ai to showcase relevant innovations, Use Cases, and partnership success stories.

Marketing Review Requests

Startups may request reasonable review of marketing materials specifically referencing their company prior to publication.

5. Data Privacy & Confidentiality

Public and Private Information

Information explicitly marked as “Private” within submission forms will not be publicly displayed on the Platform.

Information submitted as public-facing content, including selected Use Case and Startup descriptions, may be displayed to users, prospective clients, or partners of the Platform.

Mandatory Verification Information

Certain mandatory fields required for verification, compliance, or operational purposes may be stored internally by SolveStack.ai and used to evaluate startup legitimacy and platform eligibility.

Confidential Information

Both parties agree to treat non-public business, technical, operational, and commercial information shared during the partnership process as confidential unless:

  • disclosure is authorized,
  • disclosure is legally required,
  • or the information is already publicly available through lawful means.

6. Verification & Approval

Review Process

All submitted Use Cases and startup profiles are subject to verification and approval prior to publication on the Platform.

SolveStack.ai reserves the right to:

  • request additional information,
  • reject incomplete or misleading submissions,
  • or request revisions before publication.

AI-Assisted Content Support

Startups may use SolveStack.ai AI-assisted onboarding tools to help prepare Use Case submissions based on provided reference materials and links.

Responsibility for Submitted Content

The startup remains responsible for reviewing and validating all content submitted to the Platform, including AI-assisted or AI-generated content.

Optional Submission Assistance

Upon request, the SolveStack.ai team may assist startups in preparing or refining Use Case submissions, provided sufficient supporting information is supplied.

7. Suspension & Termination

Right to Suspend or Remove Accounts

SolveStack.ai reserves the right to suspend, restrict, reject, or remove accounts that:

  • provide false, misleading, or inaccurate information,
  • misuse the Platform,
  • violate these Terms,
  • engage in unethical conduct,
  • or negatively affect the integrity, reputation, or safety of the Platform ecosystem.

Inactivity & Non-Responsiveness

Accounts may be suspended or removed where a startup repeatedly fails to respond to enterprise introductions, verification requests, or collaboration opportunities within a reasonable timeframe.

Voluntary Termination

Startups may request removal of their account and public listings from the Platform at any time.

Termination does not eliminate outstanding obligations relating to:

  • previously agreed referral fees,
  • confidentiality,
  • or ongoing commercial arrangements already initiated through SolveStack.ai.

8. Non-Circumvention

Platform Integrity

Because SolveStack.ai invests resources into sourcing, vetting, and facilitating partnership opportunities, startups agree not to intentionally circumvent the Platform for the purpose of avoiding applicable referral fees or commercial arrangements.

Introduced Opportunities

Where a commercial relationship results directly or indirectly from an Introduction made by SolveStack.ai, the startup agrees to cooperate in good faith regarding the applicable referral or commission structure.

Nothing in these Terms restricts startups from independently pursuing unrelated business opportunities outside of SolveStack.ai.

9. Limitation of Liability

No Guarantee of Outcomes

SolveStack.ai does not guarantee:

  • successful commercial outcomes,
  • enterprise adoption,
  • investment opportunities,
  • or the performance of any startup technology or implementation.

Independent Business Decisions

All commercial, technical, legal, and procurement decisions remain solely the responsibility of the startup and enterprise client involved.

Platform Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, SolveStack.ai shall not be liable for:

  • indirect or consequential damages,
  • loss of revenue,
  • loss of business opportunities,
  • reputational harm,
  • or damages arising from third-party actions or business decisions.

Platform Availability

SolveStack.ai does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform or continuous access to matchmaking opportunities.

10. Intellectual Property

Ownership

Startups retain full ownership of all their intellectual property, proprietary technologies, models, trademarks, datasets, materials, and confidential business information.

Limited License to Display Content

By submitting public-facing content to the Platform, you grant SolveStack.ai a non-exclusive, revocable, worldwide license to use, reproduce, display, and promote:

  • your company name,
  • logo,
  • public Use Case descriptions,
  • and related promotional materials you share,

solely for purposes connected to the operation, promotion, and development of the Platform.

Private & Confidential Materials

Confidential or private information explicitly marked as such shall not be publicly disclosed without authorization.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws applicable in Poland, unless otherwise required by mandatory applicable law.

Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall first be addressed in good faith through informal discussions between the parties before formal legal proceedings are initiated.
